CASE EVALUATIONS

We may elect to discuss by phone a particular issue or problem in general terms to determine if it would be worthwhile for the prospective client to schedule an appointment at one of our offices. We will also personally consult with a potential client at no charge concerning claims for injury or wrongful death to determine whether or not we would accept employment in a particular case. Generally, we do not offer free case evaluations concerning the merit or lack of merit of a particular case.

REFERRALS FROM/TO OTHER ATTORNEYS

We often accept referrals from or make referrals to other attorneys with the consent of the client. We are also available to serve as co-counsel for local attorneys in difficult cases or to serve alone as non-local counsel when one is needed. Sometimes an out-of-town lawyer with no local ties is desired by the client or is necessary for the proper handling of a claim.
